Feel Good Food is a cooking segment that uniquely categorizes recipes by how they make you feel. It is hosted by Marci Izard, and based on her blog FeelFoods.com.
The purpose of the categories is to allow you to pick foods based on your mood. They also are intended to inspire greater awareness and connection with your own feelings and intuition, because when you know how foods make you feel, you are naturally inclined to eat better.
Marci’s background is in TV news. She has anchored and reported for the news in three states, and has steadily shifted her focus toward health and wellness. She currently writes Marci’s Table and teaches group fitness and yoga classes. She holds a certification in Plant Based Nutrition from Cornell and is the proud mom of Morton and Schubert, two precious and spoiled cats.
