WATTS, CA – If you’re in college Halloween generally means one thing. Party time! That’s what students at the University of Southern California did.

They were partying at the USC Halloween party, on campus near the quad when two guys, who aren’t students there, got into an argument and started shooting at each other. Four people were shot.

One of the victims is in critical condition the other three were treated and released from the hospital.

USC Department of Public Safety Officers detained 2 men they thought to be involved, they’ll arrest one of those suspects for attempted murder. The other guy’s being questioned by police.

Let’s hope he sings like a canary, because there are still a lot of questions that need to be answered.
