JACKSONVILLE, FL – A peeping Tom got caught red-handed. Police say they got a call from a man’s 15-year-old daughter. She told police that someone was in her yard.
When her dad went outside to check, he ran into James K. Lowery. According to police, the man tackled Lowery down and threw a few punches. The man was able to hold Lowery down until police arrived.
Lowery was arrested and charged with trespassing with intent to commit an offense, public intoxication and resisting arrest.
He also became our latest Dumbass of the Day!
